Product Introduction

A wide range of mechanical heads can be the ideal solution for applications on gantry machines and vertical lathes directly on the machine RAM.

IMA TECNO solutions are divided into:

Angle heads either with continuous or indexed axis
Fixed 90° angle heads
Fork heads
Extension heads either with straight or 90° axis output
45° universal heads

Tool change can be automatic or manual.
Working torque up to 2500 Nm.

In 1-2 axis mechanical heads, the motion of the tool is generated directly by the machine RAM. The movement of the axes is managed by external motors.
Our Mechanical Heads can reach working torques up to 2,500 Nm
