The core technology of PEMAMO is the design, production and manufacturing process of honing head. Its sand bar and grinding head body are bonded together. The self integrated expandable grinding head makes the fit clearance between the sand bar seat and the body zero. This solves the problem of jamming between the sand bar seat and the body of the traditional grinding head, and ensures that the shape and angle of each grinding head are consistent, so that each sand bar working at the same time can expand evenly at the same position, time and speed, and at the same time, ensure that the working surface of the expanded sand bar can process the high-precision inner hole surface on the cylinder surface.
