GL. Optical fixed lens

For extremely high processing requirements. The optical fixed lens in the laser processing center is used for laser drilling, precision cutting and material removal. In this module, all lenses are fixed, thus fundamentally reducing the positioning error and improving the processing accuracy of the axis direction.

 

GL. Optical fixed lens can be replaced continuously and quickly under different processing conditions. Different focusing prisms can be replaced according to different wavelength and focal length. The lens replacement is used to adjust and correct the processing parameters of the laser beam, so as to avoid unnecessary optical problems (such as astigmatism).

 

Laser processing often requires process adjustment gas to increase efficiency and processing quality. The GL optical fixed lens can be adjusted in three degrees of freedom (x, y, z) to ensure its beam quality. The protective lens is also placed in it. Its specific function is to protect the focusing lens from pollution and prolong its service life.

 

The laser power is increasing with the demand of the market, but the processing process often restricts the actual use of the power. At this point, the optical fixed lens divides the power of the laser beam into two drill bits for rapid processing and saving processing costs.

GL. Scanning processing

For the precise laser processing of creating surface structure and creating groove, GFH's laser system can be equipped with a scanning processing system, which uses two mirrors to position the laser beam. This module is small in quality and easy to move, so it can be processed quickly and in a variety of ways.

 

The scanning processing system is also installed in the frame to ensure that it can switch different processing modes quickly and many times. The wide selection of optical lenses makes the scanning processing system have different focusing diameters, scanning areas and wavelengths.

 

Since the activated water cooling system can perform routine self-correction, its offset has been minimized to ensure that it can maintain continuous and accurate processing results for a long time. The scanning processing system can be matched with an electric beam expander to generate a three-dimensional scanning system.

GL. Drilling module

In the GL drilling module, GFH provides the ability of laser drilling through rotating cylindrical lens. To ensure the absolute accuracy of the track circle at high speed. This module is built into the balance shaft of fine calibration. Because the initial state of the laser beam is not perfect, in addition to the workpiece itself, the laser beam itself also needs to rotate to improve the geometry of the laser beam. The automatic deflection system of laser beam is controlled by position sensitive sensor. The diameter and angle of the drill hole are also determined by the automatic deflection system. The flexibility and versatility of the GL drilling system make it possible to process not only round holes, but also positive taper holes, negative taper holes and Laval holes. The control system is fully integrated into the geometry software module, with the purpose that customers can create the process of measuring and processing (such as manufacturing spiral), and optimize the quality and efficiency according to the target needs.

GL. Display viewing

GL. Turntable

The working mode of GL.evo turntable is mainly self-rotating and pivoting around the axis. This system can make the workpiece freely positioned in the three-dimensional operation process and make the five axes work at the same time

 

The characteristic of GL turntable is that the spin circle is guided by the guide rail, the rotating shaft is installed on the air bearing, and both shafts are driven by the torque. Through the role of these two axes, it can be realized that the object water-cooled power meter with a fixed mass of up to 10 kg under high dynamic and specified precision can also be integrated. The function of the power meter is to check the laser power in the normal range to ensure that the processing structure will not change. The metering data will be output and saved in the GL control software.

GL. Laser beam

The laser source creates the laser beam, and the path of the laser beam is controlled by the optical deflection system inside the machine tool system. The whole laser beam processing path is in a closed high pressure environment, which aims to construct a dust-free environment. To ensure the service life of optical instruments under production conditions.

GL.om3/GL.om4 laser amplifier

The laser system can be expanded into two operation modes, GL.om3 and GL.om4, as required. The former is used for system self-test and the latter is used for actual operation. These operating mode oils and their corresponding safety measures will not emit laser beams until the safety insurance is opened.

GL. Optical measuring system

GL. The optical measurement system has a small structure, which makes the laser processing center, which needs a typical thin-walled machine, can be installed accurately and reliably. This module is controlled by a spectral confocal sensor. Its axis resolution can reach nanometers, and it can scan thousands of times per second. The control system of GL optical measurement system is also controlled by GL software.

GL. Smoke removal system

When materials are processed by laser, small particles and other gases will pollute the working space.
