Product Introduction

Control series angle heads are mainly used for machining centers. It can be installed in the tool magazine and can be automatically converted between the tool magazine and the machine tool spindle. The angle head and its direction scale can also be adjusted 360 ° manually with the stop arm equipped with a stop pin. The output end of TCUcn universal angle head can rotate within 0 to 90 degrees. When the angle head is removed from the main shaft of the machine tool, there is a safety pin to prevent the main drive taper shank from rotating, so as to ensure that the relative position between the taper shank keyway and the stop pin remains unchanged after the angle head is removed. One of the main features of the control angle head is that its input shaft is integrated with the main drive taper handle to ensure maximum rigidity.
